I want to provide you with some feedback to you on my Property Manager, Kim Clifton. Ever since she assumed my account, I feel like I have a personal representative for whom I am her only client. I have very high customer service standards and Kim is at the top of my list. She is always available and she responds to my emails even when she is out in the field. Just letting me know that she'll get back to me the next day, I feel acknowledged, and I know in fact that Kim will in fact respond the next day. Kim is reliable, professional, responsive, and fun.
